This began on the plane to Tokyo, because both ChiByakko and I were bored out of our minds from the 12 hour flight. So, we challenged each other, giving pairings and/or ideas for pics. (Our poor numb brains couldn't handle anything more taxing.) ChiByakko challenged me to do a Neji x Lee pic, where they were dancing. I'm not very good with poses, so I took it as a challenge and went with it.

I worked on the pic throughout the rest of my stay in Japan, whenever we had lots of mind numbing time on our hands (long bus rides between cities, the plane rides back, etc). When I got back, I finally finished the last little bit and combined them into one picture. Then I quickly colored it, and viola! Instant picture!

This is actually a lot more simply colored than my usual style- done partly because my interest in the picture was waning, and partly because the finished product was going to be smaller than the size I colored it at, so all the detail I usually put in, you wouldn't be able to see, anyway. Overall, pretty happy with it, although parts do bug me, but for the moment I can ignore them...
