Luce is a character from a story percolating in my brain. He came about due to a comment made from a co-worker who was looking at another drawing of mine: "Their hair glows!" Amused, I decided I wanted to make a character who's hair DID glow. Literally.

Luce thinks he's incredibly cool, and is convinced the world thinks so, too. Unfortunately for him, his hair tends to glow when either (a) he's feeling intense emotion or (b) he's using magic. It is a source of ridicule, although he's very proud of his hair. ^_^
