Okay, I better explain this one.  Ever see RaXephon?  The big mech eva-like show?  Well, there was a girl with a yellow dress and a bow that stood in picturesque locations and sang "la" while the wind blew around her in a lovely way.  I found this amusing.  And somehow, I considered her a special "ninja" of a singing or sound type.  So I drew myself, as her, as a sound ninja from Naruto.  And added a panty-shot for the wind. 

Yes, it's stupid.  Yes, it's silly.  This is how my mind works.
