I have what I call "Focus Levels" listed next to each character & couple on my massive Honorable Mentions list. This is a method of rating the characters & couples, not based on personality, but how badly I was/am obsessed with them.

A rating of 1 is the lowest a focus can get. These are the focuses who I haven't seen enough of to accurately rate, or were relatively low focuses that I've since lost most interest in, or they did something during the series that let me down, causing them to drop ranks.

The focus amuses me, or I find it cute. I only mildly miss it when it's off screen, if at all. ...Or I saw just enough to be interested. Get me in the right mood, and I might see if there's any decent fanfiction or fanart.

I like 'em, but I have other focuses which I like better, too. I miss them when they're off screen. I would happily look up fanfiction or fanart on a whim.  My obession with the focus dies down pretty quickly, or never gets very serious in the first place.

These are short-term major focuses that may become long-term if everything goes right. I've probably tried looking up fanfiction or fanart, or want to. Re-reading/watching/playing whatever the focus is in is enough to get my interest sparked all over again... but when I'm out of the series for awhile, my obsession dies down.

These are the long-term major focuses, the ones which probably aren't moving for awhile. ^_^ I've liked them for a long period of time without my interest waning.
