VAN / HITOMI
Vision of Escaflowne
I latched onto this pairing the first time that I watched the series. Hitomi struck me as being relatively normal, and Van seemed to need someone levelheaded.
They had such a pure, instinctive need for each other, that I couldn't help but like them. It was so very innocent... And the moments they had together were beautiful. Many times, I ended gripping the seat waiting for something happen, and then would grin foolishly when it did (or pout when it didn't).

Gokusen
When Yankumi first becomes his class's teacher, he knows she's special in some way... getting her to admit it is another thing entirely!
I loved the sparks between these two, and the partnership they share. Their personalities compliment each other well, with Shin's brain to back-up Yankumi's half-baked schemes. |

Spirited Away
I absolutely adored the innocent love these two shared. They never kissed, never declared in spoken sentences that they loved each other, but all the same, it was blindingly obvious that the two cared deeply for each other.
The two looked out for each other. When Chihiro needed help, Haku was able to guide her in the direction she needed to take, and when Haku was hurt or in trouble, she was able to help him in return. |

Rin is a brat who's 8-9 years younger than Alice... And I don't care! ^_^ Rin needs Alice so badly, and Rin so obviously cares about Alice, that I can't help but like the pairing. |
