Suikoden II
Best combo ever. Super-evil-villain with the not-so-evil best-friend. Heart-wrenching, confusing, challenging. GOOD villain.

Hikaru no Go
The only antagonist to (spoiler) WIN at the end. Realistic, and not a good-guy, but not exactly evil. Then… how could you make a go-player evil, I wonder…? It would be a bit weird. |

Naruto
I’m still figuring him out. I don’t think he’s evil, but he’s deffinately not GOOD in any way. He has a twisted logic in him somewhere, that was mangled through insanity. I want to know how and why. I like trying to figure that out, and thus he’s forever a favorite villain.
